I loved this picture. Aaron was Luke's best buddy when Daddy had to go back to work. Luke called Aaron, "The Man" and was glued to his side the whole week. All my siblings were so great entertaining him in the hospital, and Aaron and Dave made about 20 mobile legos with Luke. He absolutely loved it.
Dad got to come home and we were able to celebrate the 4th together. We decided to keep it low key and just hang out at home. Dave and his kids got to be there to celebrate as well. Our neighbors were out of town and were nice enough to let us use their pool!
Daddy got to come back down for the holiday, which is always fun. We watch fireworks from the street and then headed to bed.
Kim was Luke's buddy the whole 3 weeks we were down there too. We even got to go to the beach. Although the reason we were there wasn't fun, we managed to squeeze in some fun times.

That first picture is so typical Aaron! Great capture! Even though the 4th was a relaxing...not so typical holiday, having you guys there and being with family can't be beat.
